Krystal Jenkins is ready and so are daughters Emily, 5, and Elizabeth, 3.
They’ll have their fancy dress on for a tea party next month at Ireland House to celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee.
“Having tea is a very big deal in our family,” says Jenkins, who grew up in a household that respected many British traditions because of her English grandmother.
Embrace spring and your arms with this quick upper-body workout. Vancouver-based trainer Garfield Wilson, of Forward Fitness Inc., recommends these exercises to tone and de-jiggle your arms and give you shapely shoulders. “Don’t worry. This won’t make you bulky,” says Wilson. “It will help you look strong, toned and feminine.” All you’ll need are a set of dumbbells and a resistance band. Complete the reps for each exercise, and then repeat the entire workout. Do this routine twice a week.
