Up In Arms

Embrace spring and your arms with this quick upper-body workout. Vancouver-based trainer Garfield Wilson, of Forward Fitness Inc., recommends these exercises to tone and de-jiggle your arms and give you shapely shoulders. “Don’t worry. This won’t make you bulky,” says Wilson. “It will help you look strong, toned and feminine.” All you’ll need are a set of dumbbells and a resistance band. Complete the reps for each exercise, and then repeat the entire workout. Do this routine twice a week.

Ryan "Photoshopped" Gosling

It seems that Ryan Gosling is just not that into being a star. Apparently, the more we are charmed by him, pine over him, get infatuated by him, and become mesmerized by his six pack, the more he hates the whole thing.
